Debra King is the Founder and CEO of The DragonFly Consulting Group, A Kingdom Sourced LLC™, the parent company of Debra King Consulting™. She is passionate about helping people, regardless of age or stage, create the personal and professional lives they want.

In addition to 30+ years of experience with Exxon Mobil Corporation as a global executive, Debra is a lifelong learner with numerous certifications and certificates she uses to pour into the lives of her clients.

Debra is the bestselling author of the autobiographical memoir Dare to Climb: Your Journey Can Move Mountains and a travel adventure self help guide called Prepare to Climb: Encouragement for Aspiring Trekkers & Climbers.

In her spare time, Debra enjoys Dave Matthews Band concerts, NBA games, and traveling the world – so far 81 countries and all seven continents.
