Highlands Ability Battery

Every individual is born with a unique pattern of abilities.

For that reason, people are most fulfilled in their careers when they find an environment that allows them to work primarily from their gifts and natural talents. The challenge comes when individuals don’t know what their natural gifts and talents are.

This is where the Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) comes into play! The HAB is a human assessment tool we use to objectively assess what those abilities are in a virtual, online format.

We use this tool to measure your abilities based on performance rather than perception.

After we receive the assessment results, we will guide you through your individual analysis reports. Using the report we will help you identify potential careers, school environments, work environments, and work roles that would be a good fit given your natural abilities.
